Yea I havent got an official weight on it yet, Im pretty sure its alteast close if not well over, the only scale I have that measures oz. only goes to 10oz. It maxxes it out quite fast, but the scales at my work wont register anything under 5lbs.
I used about 18 zinc washers in the pommel as well as alot of tape. The blade is still heavier then the hilt, but the overall goal was to add extra weight. So Im fairly confident I at least hit the minimum.

If you used the thicker white ones, you will be fine on flex and weight. Side note though, you can get the same size fiberglass cores without the reflector on it from Tractor Supply Company for a dollar a piece instead of the 5 that Home Depot will charge you.
