On the event schedule it states that the date for the closer is November 20th, but no other details have been specified.

More details would definitely be helpful. We have some new people coming out to practice for the first time today. While our veterans will be committed to coming to the event regardless, newer people may need to factor location into their costs/benefits analysis of whether they can afford to request off of work or not.
