Event Cost?

All other details are pretty much ironed out (in terms of being able to advertise), but pricing has not.

Cost per person, per night is $4, assuming each person attends both nights = $8/person for campground over the weekend.

Food... what is the per person cost of food? Rowan probably has an idea of this. For the sake of estimates, let's say Rowan budgets $3 - $5 person (he seems to have 2 big meals planned), meaning the raw cost of Site + Food = $11 - $13 per person.

Add in costs for event coins, other RP-related stuffs, event tags, whatever else, which I'd put at about $2 per person as a higher conservative estimate.

Hence, the event should be on budget somewhere between $13 to $15 per person as the event charge, by my rough approximation.

15 bucks sounds about right/reasonable to me.

Cost for cooking... Last year I spent about 140 I think. That fed alot of people, four meals.

That was with three days of planning and no "set" budget.

I could do it on 3-5 per person, if I have a general amount of notice on people and a helpy-helperton in MI/OH to shop for me.

Talia mentioned that she has access to a SAMs club and a GFS, and that if needed could shop for me.

I could do Fri Night/Sat morn and Sat eve easy. You'll have to fend for yourselves a light lunch and breakfast on sunday (leftovers will be dolled out if any are to be had).

If everyone's in agreement at the end of today (or like, at 5PM because I'm impatient) at a $15 event cost, I'll edit the ads to acknowledge. I'm also still getting to boards some boards.

Speaking of event tags--what's the game plan on that?

Sounds like a fair price.

Let me know if there's any random supplies, you'd like MM to get. Jugs of Tiki fluid, gold coins, whatever.
